All of our services are designed to create a custom solution for your hearth needs.
Consultation
Your first appointment can be held either over the phone or in our showroom. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your project details, determine your functional and aesthetic preferences, and learn more about you and your home. We highly encourage a visit to our showroom to see the products in person. Once products are chosen and budgets are established, the final step is to schedule an on-site appointment to confirm the project details.
Design
Based on what was discussed during our consultation, our designers will suggest products and design finishes to create the hearth of your dreams. If you are already working with an architect or designer, we can coordinate with them.
Installation
On the day of installation, our factory-trained professional installers will carefully install your new appliance using the latest techniques and equipment to ensure a safe, successful installation.
Repairs & Maintenance
We service, repair, and maintain fireplaces and stoves that we have installed. During the colder months, our service team typically schedules appointments 5 to 6 weeks from the initial service request. To request a service appointment, please fill out our contact form and choose “Service Request”. Once received, we’ll contact you to schedule the appointment.

Our service area includes Ludlow, Chester, Cavendish, Killington, Plymouth, Pittsfield, Woodstock, West Windsor, Bridgewater, Weston, Londonderry, Manchester, Rutland, and surrounding areas.
Service Policy
Please note: Green Mountain Fireside Specialties is only able to service fireplaces and stoves that we can verify were installed by us. We do not service or install products purchased from other providers/retailers.
